Reservations can be made via the UMITO Owner App by specifying your desired stay dates. Owners who have purchased 30 nights or more can make priority reservations for their owned hotel starting 12 months in advance (10-night and 20-night owners can book 10 months in advance). For shared purchases, reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis among owners who share the same property. Mutual use hotels can be reserved starting 4 months in advance. General rentals open to the public begin 3 months in advance.

*UMITO Okinawa Onna Village opens for both mutual use and general rental 6 months in advance.

Usage days can be purchased in units of 30 days per year (or 10 nights). If you own 30 days of usage rights, 15 days of usage will be allocated for each half-year period (every 6 months).

UMITO owners may arrange additional stays at a special rate. Please inquire for details.

UMITO designates high season dates (High Days) on the annual calendar.
Available stay days are allocated between Standard Days and High Days, allowing you to stay within your allocated nights.
You may use your High Day stay entitlement for stays on Standard Days.

The number of consecutive nights available varies depending on the number of nights purchased. For a 10-night purchase, 5 consecutive nights are possible; for a 30-night purchase, 7 to 15 consecutive nights are possible (subject to other owners’ reservation status). If the stay spans two entitlement periods, a maximum of 10 consecutive nights is possible for a 10-night purchase, and a maximum of 30 consecutive nights is possible for a 30-night purchase.
