Cleaning fees and utilities during your stay are included in the management fee, so you can stay in your own UMITO unit without any additional charges.
Meals during your stay and optional services will be charged separately.

The hotel features an on-site restaurant. We offer special dinners prepared by our chef and BBQs featuring seasonal ingredients. Additionally, since kitchens and refrigerators are provided, you can also prepare your own meals.

Children of all ages are welcome to stay.

At our currently available UMITO properties, we generally do not permit guests to bring pets.
However, pets are welcome at “UMITO Kamakura Zaimokuza.”
We plan to offer pet-friendly rooms at other properties in the future.

We offer a gift feature. You can gift stays to family and friends. There is no limit to the number of gift days within your available usage days. As with your own stays, accommodation costs are free for gifts. However, optional services and food and beverage charges during the stay will be billed separately.

Currently, personal belongings cannot be stored here. We are considering installing lockers exclusively for owners in the future.

By using your personal usage days, you can utilize other UMITO facilities. UMITO facilities to be constructed in the future will also be eligible for mutual use.

If the accommodation fee is equal to or lower than that of your UMITO property, your stay is complimentary. For mutual use of rooms with higher accommodation fees, you will be charged the difference. Optional services and food/beverage costs during your stay will be billed separately.

Reservations can be made up to 4 months prior to the date of use.
*UMITO Okinawa Onna Village will open for both mutual use and general use reservations 6 months in advance.

All items necessary for your stay are provided as standard in your room.
