Dates without reservations made at least 3 months in advance are automatically designated as hotel rental days and become available for guest reservations.
*UMITO Okinawa Onna Village automatically accepts guest reservations starting 6 months in advance.

If less than three months remain before your reservation date and no guest bookings have been made for the hotel, you may change it to personal use.
*For UMITO Okinawa Onna Village, this is possible starting six months prior.

The owner can earn annual income based on the number of rental days using the following formula:

Annual Income = ① Rental Days × ② Income from Unused Days
　① Rental Days: Total Available Days – Owner’s Personal Use Days
　② Income from Unused Days: Income calculated separately for days before holidays and peak seasons

Regardless of whether guests stay overnight, income is recorded for days when you do not use the property yourself. Since income does not fluctuate based on hotel occupancy, you can reliably earn a steady fixed income.
